Application Support Specialist

In this role, you will act as the first contact for clients, ensuring seamless application functionality, resolving incidents, and overseeing system performance. ResponsibilitiesWork four or five 8-hour shifts weekly within a 24/7 support frameworkAddress client issues directly through calls, instant messaging, and emailsCapture incident details comprehensively (e. g. , retrieve logs, capture screenshots)Track system availability, pricing, and various alerts (logs, metrics, others)Run predefined scripts (e. g.

, system restarts, share documentation links)Sort and transfer issues to appropriate teams when requiredMaintain online presence and ensure continuous communication during investigationsAid in improving the internal knowledge baseRequirementsBachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related fieldIntermediate or higher proficiency in written and spoken EnglishHands-on experience with Windows and Linux administrationKnowledge of SQL (MariaDB, MS SQL, etc.
