Applications Engineering Manager

A Day in Your Life at MKS:As an Applications Engineering Manager at MKS Japan, you will partner with Applications and Sales. In this role, you will report to Sales Director.Principal Responsibilities: Manages both the pre-sales and post-sales activities, providing technical product marketing support for the development and implementation of customer applications dealing with complex products, such as operating systems and capital equipment Develops detailed customer installation and/or system integration plans Publishes technical articles regarding specific applications Works with marketing and product managers to define new products Serves as company liaison on specific technical projects with customers May provide product feasibility analysis in support of sales efforts with sales representatives Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the functionRequired Skills: Bachelor of Science in Engineering degree required Master's Degree preferred 5+ years of related experiencePhysical Demands & Working Conditions: Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery This job operates in a professional office environment
