If you are passionate about building cutting-edge AI infrastructure and enabling teams to turn prototypes into impactful solutions, this is the place for you.Role And ResponsibilitiesAs part of the Data Analytics Platform team, you will design and maintain tools and infrastructure that enable Machine Learning across the organization. Your work will empower data scientists and engineers to scale ML workloads and bring prototypes to production.In This Role, You WillDesign and implement scalable AI/ML solutions supporting diverse use cases, from product demand forecasting to accelerating plasma physics simulations.Develop robust MLOps pipelines for data processing, model training, testing, deployment, and monitoring, ensuring reproducibility and reliability.Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including data scientists, physicists, engineers, and business stakeholders—to translate business needs into technical requirements.Define infrastructure requirements for ML workloads, including experiment tracking, pipeline orchestration, job queue management, and model registries.Deploy and maintain production AI models, leveraging containerization and orchestration tools for scalability and performance.Implement observability frameworks for monitoring, logging, and tracing AI services to ensure operational excellence.Drive best practices and continuous improvement, mentoring team members and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.Stay ahead of emerging technologies in AI/ML infrastructure and proactively recommend improvements to enhance platform capabilities.Mentor and coach team members to drive best practices and continuous improvement.Education And ExperienceBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.5+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, data engineering, software development, or cloud infrastructure.Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, HuggingFace, Scikit-learn).Experience with model inference runtimes (vLLM, MLServe, Torch Serve).Proficiency in containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).(Optional) Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and Infrastructure as Code.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in agile, cross-functional teams.SkillsWorking at the cutting edge of tech, you’ll always have new challenges and new problems to solve – and working together is the only way do that.
