Your RoleAs Senior Technical Engineer, you will be our technical advisor and NDT specialist, providing expert guidance on advanced testing methodologies while driving business development through technical proposals and bid preparation.
Your key responsibilitiesTechnical Leadership• Advanced NDT expertise across multiple testing methodologies• Technical advisory role for internal teams and projects• Standards compliance and methodology optimization• Technical problem-solving for complex inspection challengesBusiness Development• Technical bid preparation and proposal development• Client technical presentations and solution design• Market analysis and technical opportunity identification• Competitive positioning through technical differentiationTeam Collaboration• Cross-functional coordination with all organizational levels• Knowledge transfer and technical mentoring• Client relationship management and technical support• Quality assurance and continuous improvement initiativesStrategic Support• Technical strategy development for NDT services• Innovation projects and new technology implementation• Training programs design and delivery• Technical documentation and procedure developmentRequirements• Advanced NDT certification (Level 3 in multiple methods)• Minimum 8+ years of experience in advanced NDT testing• Technical bid preparation experience and proposal writing• TIC industry experience, preferably with multinational companies• Engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification• Oil & Gas, Power, or Industrial sector experienceEssential skills:
