The successful candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, generating interest in our products/services, and scheduling appointments for our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.What you'll be doing:Initiate contact with potential clients through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to introduce client's services.Develop a comprehensive understanding of client's services to effectively communicate their features and benefits.Secure appointments between potential clients and client's sales representatives or account executives.Maintain accurate and detailed records of communications and appointments in CRM system.Conduct follow-up calls or emails to confirm appointments, address concerns, and ensure ongoing communication.Meet or exceed set targets for the number of appointments scheduled and qualified leads generated.Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage potential clients and convey information effectively.Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and strategies for lead generation and conversion.Who are we looking for:Proven experience as an Appointment Setter or in a similar role.Strong cold calling skills and experience in outbound sales.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.Excellent time management and organizational skills.Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.Position: Appointment SetterRemote Status: RemoteWorking Hours: Flexible Timings (US Time Zone)Holidays: Local HolidaysSalary: Commission BasedInternal Job ID: 0126
