𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐒𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫 (Onsite)𝐂𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐱𝐥𝐲 is looking for "𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐒𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫”𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: DHA phase 4, Lahore𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐭𝐲𝐩𝐞: Full time-onsite𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬: 6pm to 3am𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬· Make 200+ outbound cold calls per day to healthcare providers.· Use the approved call script to communicate clearly and confidently.· Book qualified meetings for product specialists through Google Meet.· Leave voicemails and send follow-up emails for unanswered calls.· Confirm booked appointments and follow up to ensure clients attend the meeting.· Coordinate with the sales team through Odoo or similar CRM softwares.· Maintain consistent performance and follow internal SOPs for lead handling and communication.𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬· Previous experience in appointment setting or cold calling.· Excellent English communication skills.· Confident, persistent, and target-driven personality.· Basic knowledge of CRM Tools.· Must be available to work during the US time zone.𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐆𝐨𝐚𝐥𝐬· Minimum 200 calls daily.· 5–10 qualified appointments booked per week.· Maintain a 70%+ show-up rate.𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧· Fixed monthly base pay.· Attractive performance-based commissions on each qualified appointment.𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐨 𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐲Kindly send your resume to careerscurexly@gmail.com and mention “Appointment Setter” in the subject line.
