Appointment Setter

Overview:We are looking for motivated Appointment Setters to join our roofing client’s team through Excello. In this role, you will reach out to potential customers, follow up on leads, and schedule appointments to support the sales team in connecting with homeowners. Multiple positions are available, providing opportunities for growth and advancement within the team.Responsibilities & Requirements:Your main responsibilities include:Making outbound calls to homeowners to schedule roof inspectionsFollowing up on warm leads and online inquiriesConfirming and updating appointments dailyMaintaining accurate information in the CRM systemMeeting daily and weekly goals for calls and appointments setRequirements:Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or customer service preferredExcellent communication and organizational skillsGoal-driven, confident, and professional on the phoneComfortable working with scripts and CRM software
