Maintain accurate client records and support campaign performance tracking. Contribute insights and feedback to help identify emerging opportunities within your market segment. Cold call leads to book in appointments RequirementsMinimum of 1 year successful phone-based sales or customer engagement experience. Cold calling experience Appointment setting experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills in business-level English. Confident, enthusiastic, and target-driven personality. Strong listening and consultative questioning skills to uncover client needs. Ability to present ideas and opportunities clearly and persuasively. Positive attitude toward teamwork, learning, and personal development. A proactive, professional, and client-focused approach.
