Cold call leads to book in appointments RequirementsMinimum of 1 year successful phone-based sales or customer engagement experience. Cold calling experience Appointment setting experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills in business-level English. Confident, enthusiastic, and target-driven personality. Strong listening and consultative questioning skills to uncover client needs. Ability to present ideas and opportunities clearly and persuasively.
