UnifyCX is growing and looking for Appointment Setters to join our motivated and ambitious team in Barranquilla!What Will You Do?As an Outbound Sales Specialist, you will play a critical role in generating new business opportunities by proactively reaching out to prospects and qualifying leads.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct high-volume outbound calls to identify, qualify, and nurture potential customers.Follow a structured sales process and clearly articulate value to prospects.Use CRM tools to manage activity, track opportunities, and maintain accurate records.Operate effectively in a remote environment using digital collaboration platforms.Apply feedback and coaching to continuously improve performance and results.Demonstrate persistence, resilience, and process discipline in achieving goals.Who are you?You are a motivated professional who thrives in an outbound sales environment and embraces the challenge of generating new business opportunities. You are organized, resilient, and comfortable using technology to support your process.Required Experience & Skills2–3 years of professional experience in a business environment, ideally B2B.2–3 years of outbound calling experience, with true phone prospecting and lead qualification.Ability to explain and detail an outbound calling process.2–3 years of CRM experience; able to describe how activity was organized and executed.2–3 years of remote/virtual work experience with knowledge of digital collaboration tools.Proven ability to accept coaching, apply new skills, and execute process improvements.Demonstrated grit and resilience, with examples of turning challenges into success.Track record of consistent improvement and measurable results in prior roles.Who We AreUnifyCX is a transformative AI platform that empowers and enables teams to deliver efficient, exceptional customer experiences.
