Join us to lead our growth strategy and make an impact in the SaaS ecosystem!Role Overview: As Head of Growth, you’ll spearhead Appscribed’s client acquisition, revenue growth, and marketing strategy.

You’ll build and optimize scalable lead generation systems, leveraging pre-ChatGPT and GenAI tactics to drive high-intent leads for our SaaS clients and our own agency. This is a hands-on role for a strategic leader who thrives in a bootstrapped, high-growth environment. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute growth strategies to acquire SaaS clients (target: in year 1, $1M–$2M ARR). Oversee ABM, cold email, PPC, and content marketing campaigns for clients and Appscribed’s own lead generation. Build and manage a lean team to deliver results. Optimize campaigns using data-driven insights, tracking KPIs like CPL, LTV: CAC, and conversion rates.

Leverage GenAI tools (e. g. , Smartlead, Clay) for personalized, scalable outreach. Establish partnerships with SaaS communities and agencies to drive referrals. Create and refine playbooks for repeatable lead generation processes. Qualifications: Entrepreneurial mindset. 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, lead generation, or growth roles. Proven track record of driving revenue growth (e. g. , scaling MRR or acquiring high-value clients). Expertise in ABM, cold email, SEO, PPC, and content marketing; familiarity with GenAI tools a plus. Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize campaign performance. Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage clients and a remote team.
