You can be part of our team as an APS Senior Manager Cluster.If you are ready to manage the following responsibilities at the highest standards:Setup & execution of roadmap in alignment with AEU APS roadmap, balancing performance improvement and a culture of continuous improvementExecution of key APS initiatives, e.g., responsible to roll out cost deployment, perfect line etc. within cluster scopeExecution of Operations performance improvement initiatives, leveraging the APS toolbox in order to deliver validated P&L impactEnsure APS capabilities organization through dedicated learning and training offerings (e.g., APSU), fostering a culture of continuous improvementExecution of benchmarking as well as identification of best practices within and outside of cluster scope, yokoten and implementation in line with improvement of existing standardAnd if you have:Language Skills: Fluency in English.Education: Technical University Degree.Experience: 7+ years of operations experience with a focus on operational excellence within the manufacturing industry, preferably automotive. Deep experience and knowledge of LEAN methodology and principles. Proven track record of successful execution of cost/performance improvement programs.Analytical Skills:Problem-Solving: Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve performance issues effectively.Data Analysis: Proficiency in analyzing performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.Critical Thinking: Ability to evaluate complex situations and make informed decisions.Leadership and Interpersonal Skills:Team Leadership: Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.Collaboration: Strong ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey technical information clearly.Project Management Skills:Planning and Organization: Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies.Budget Management: Experience in managing project budgets and resources.Personal Competencies:Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey technical information clearly.Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.Initiative: Proactive approach to identifying and addressing performance issues.Customer Focus: Commitment to understanding and meeting the needs of internal and external stakeholders.Continuous Learning: Eagerness to stay updated with industry trends and advancements.Then we would be more than glad to chat with you about your experience and career goals.Our international work environment offers challenging and rewarding opportunities.
