Ready to shape the future of mobility with us?YOUR ROLEAs a Customer Satisfaction Superintendent on our team, you’ll provide technical knowledge and leadership to control and ensure the company's quality, as well as improve the quality of products, processes, and personalized customer service. In your daily job you will: Coordinates the investigation of customer complaints, supports root cause identification, and implements corrective actions and verifications. Interacts with various departments across the organization to resolve product, material, and process quality issues. Participates in the development, implementation, and communication of product quality plans.
Constantly interacts with customer needs and requirements. Monitors/visits customer complaints. Provides technical support to the organization regarding quality control methods and techniques and assurance. Immediately available to address customer complaints internally and externally when required. Monitoring and implementing corrective actions for non-conformities identified in internal EOS audits. Managing costs related to customer complaints (sweepstakes, chargebacks). Guarantee of a safe workplace (1. 3. 4. 11. 2. 7 EOS Policy Manual). Compliance with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 50001 standards, where applicable. Compliance with the procedures and requirements of IATF 16949 standards, according to the job role. YOUR BACKGROUNDKey skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, International Commerce, or related field.
