Position SummarySet up and follow up of orders from customers. Maintain accurate Customer Order ship dates in system to maximize On Time Delivery Performance. Clear, empathetic, and efficient communication with customers and internal team. Customer service is the main link between customers and the company through all the processes. Your RoleSet up orders in the system. Maintain Order Ship Dates for accurate On Time Delivery performanceRevision and analysis of weekly orders variations. Daily communication with customers to report status of orders. Internal follow up to assure on time delivery. Daily coordination of expedited material. Your BackgroundEnglish as 2nd language.

(Written-Spoken). Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of SAP (Preferably), or any other system.
