Ready to shape the future of mobility with us?YOUR ROLEAs an Operations Manager on our team, you’ll direct and coordinate activities of Production, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Materials Departments to manufacture and deliver products to APTIV Automotive customers. In your daily job, you will:

Establish production and quality control standards, develop budget and cost controls, and obtain data regarding types, quantities, specifications, and delivery dates of products produced. Compiles, stores, and retrieves production data. (Daily). Responsibility: Plans and directs production activities, establishing production priorities for products by effective operations and cost factorsCoordinates production activities with materials, maintenance, and quality control to obtain optimum production and utilization of human resources, machines, and equipment. Develops plans for efficient use of materials, machines, and employees. Comply with the policies of Quality (ISO-TS 16949: 2009), Security, Environmental (ISO 14001:

2004)Manage and monitor plant SQDIPReviews and analyzes production, quality control, maintenance, and operational reports to determine causes for nonconformity with product specifications, operating and production problems. YOUR BACKGROUNDKey skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Finance, and industrial administrationProficiency in English level5+ years of experience in a similar positionExperience in the automotive industry (preferred)Financial knowledge: budgets, profit and loss, unit price analysis, etc. Engineering knowledgeQuality knowledge: IATF, problem solvingLean Manufacturing certification preferredLeadershipWHY JOIN US?You can grow at Aptiv.
