Quality Manager

AQ Magnit is a manufacturer of inductive components within the range of 1VA up to 3MVA, relays and other products for electro-technical Industry. Currently, we are looking to attract a highly motivated and forward-looking professional to join us at the position of: Quality ManagerMain responsibilities:

▪ Organizes and coordinates quality control and ensuring a quality end product that meets the technical specifications and customer requirements• Plans, manages and organizes the work of the quality department, providing the necessary capacity according to the needs of the production• Responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System in the company, based on the relevant standards• Manages and develops the procedures for control of parameters of products and processes in the company• Participates in the stage of implementation of new and improved products in prototype and serial production• Plans, organizes and carries out periodic control over the observance of the technological requirements by the direct contractors• Plans and organizes the creation of technological procedures at all levels of the production process• Controls and analyzes the reasons for customer complaints in order to reduce them and achieve quality in service• Participates in direct conversations with clients on issues related to the quality of production of AQ Magnit AD• Organizes NCR meetings for the various production workshops• Responsible for the organization and conduct of external and internal audits, preparation of plans for preventive activities.

Ensuring their implementation• Gives suggestions for improving production performance• Participates in the creation of the company's business planSkill set required: ▪ University degree in Engineering - Мaster's degree / mechanical or electrical profile• Relevant job experience• Fluent Bulgarian and English, both written and spoken• Computer literacy, advanced MS Excel skills and experience with ERP systems• Knowledge of ISO 9001:

2015, IRIS, ISO 14001 and other international standards;• Knowledge and work with ERP system• Excellent analytical and communication skills, as well as ability to work in a team• Ability to build and develop a team• Positive approach in solving a problem• Customer-focused orientation• Experience in an international manufacturing company is a huge advantageWhat can we offer in exchange:
