About the Role: ARW is currently looking for a full-time Waterproofing Junior Project Manager with a minimum of 2 years' experience. Waterproofing/ Construction industry required. Working directly with the Director, Project Engineer, Supervisors, and ARW Site crew. Manage contract variations throughout the project lifecycle. Assists in monthly claims submissions. Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and schedules to ensure smooth execution of works. Manage project documentation, including progress reports, contracts, purchase orders, and variations. Identify potential risks and issues early and collaborate with the team to resolve them. Monitor quality control and ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications.
Working with commercial, civil, and high-rise buildings. Requirements: Knowledge of Blue Beam is essential. Knowledge of project drawings & documents is essential. Excellent written and verbal communication. Strong organisational and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Knowledge of construction documentation, such as SWMS, permits etc. Knowledge of BOQs. A proactive and adaptable attitude with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
