Aquaculture Additive Sales Manager (International)

We are looking for an experienced Aquaculture Additive Sales Manager to lead Peptobiotics’ international sales of biotechnology feed additives for shrimp farming. Ideally based in Vietnam or Singapore, you will travel frequently and work closely with feed mills and distributor companies across Vietnam, China, Ecuador, Indonesia, India, the Philippines, and Thailand to expand our market presence and deliver effective in-feed health solutions to the shrimp industry.ResponsibiltiesDevelop and execute sales strategies in key shrimp-producing markets.Build strong relationships with feed mills, distributors, and shrimp industry partners.Negotiate agreements, pricing, and distribution partnerships.Support customer trials and represent Peptobiotics at industry events and trade shows.Report on sales performance, pipeline, and market trends.Identify new opportunities and provide customer feedback to guide product development and marketing strategies.Capabilities4+ years of experience in the shrimp farming feed or feed additives.Proven success selling feed additives, or related inputs, to feed mills or distributors.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Fluency in English and at least one regional language (e.g. Vietnamese, Chinese, Spanish, Thai, Bahasa).Willingness to travel regionally and internationally.High initiative, self-managing, leadership skills.Company BackgroundPeptobiotics is a Singaporean Biotechnology company pioneering recombinant antimicrobial peptides and other novel solutions for agriculture industry challenges: https://www.techinasia.com/peptobiotics-secures-62m-market-agrifocused-antibiotic-substituteApplyDo not apply on Linkedin - send your CV or linkedin profile to jobs@peptobiotics.com.
