In this exciting role, you will be responsible for analyzing existing learning content, identifying areas for improvement, and developing a cutting-edge strategy for creating new content. You will collaborate closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure alignment with the organization’s updated DEI guidelines and learning objectives. Your work will directly impact a diverse audience, ranging from teenagers to senior citizens. ResponsibilitiesAnalyze existing learning content and identify areas for improvement. Develop a comprehensive learning strategy for new content creation. Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Design engaging and effective learning experiences for diverse audiences, utilizing various learning modalities. Storyboard animations and videos to enhance learning engagement. Provide insightful recommendations for future learning projects, driving continuous improvement. Must-Have Qualifications5+ years of experience as a Senior Instructional Designer. Proven experience with eLearning, microlearning, instructor-led training, and animation storyboarding. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex learning challenges. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with diverse teams. Solid understanding of DEI principles to create inclusive learning experiences. Proficiency in Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise. Nice-to-Have QualificationsExperience with Adobe InDesign.
