AR & AP Supervisor

Job Summary:As an AR& AP Supervisor, you will be repsonsible for supervising the full cycle of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes, ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions, oversee reconciliations, and maintain proper internal controls for vendor payments and customer collections.Key Responsibilities:- Review and verify vendor invoices and supporting documents.- Supervise timely posting of AP entries in the accounting system.- Monitor AP aging and ensure payments are processed within terms.- Coordinate with procurement and operations to resolve discrepancies.- Oversee vendor reconciliation and respond to vendor inquiries.- Prepare payment runs and review bank instructions for approval.- Supervise invoicing process for merchants/customers.- Track and follow up on outstanding receivables.- Oversee recording of incoming payments (bank, wallet, cash).- Reconcile AR ledger with merchant/driver statements.- Assist in managing credit terms and approvals.- Coordinate collection efforts with the sales or operations team.- Perform and review regular reconciliations (bank, wallet, COD, A/P and A/R GL).- Generate AR/AP aging reports and dashboards for management.- Investigate and resolve long-outstanding balances.- Support monthly and year-end closing processes.Qualification and Skills:- Bachelor of Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.- At least 4 years of experience as financial accountant or similar role.- Proficient to use Microsoft Word, Excel, QuickBooks.- Strong leadership skills.- Ability to manages deadlines and handles multiple priorities effectively
