AR Specialist /Medical Biller Specialist

Job Title: Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist – Medical BillingLocation: Lahore (Onsite) Timings: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Night Shift) Experience Required: Minimum 1–2 years in US Medical Billing ARJob Description:We are seeking an experienced AR Specialist (Medical Biller) with strong expertise in PIP, Workers’ Compensation, and No-Fault billing. The ideal candidate must have a solid understanding of end-to-end AR processes, denials management, and claim follow-ups, with excellent English communication skills.Key Responsibilities:Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) follow-ups with insurance companies and adjusters.Work on PIP, Workers’ Compensation, and No-Fault claims.Identify and resolve claim denials, rejections, and underpayments.Maintain proper documentation of all claim activities and follow-up actions.Ensure timely submission and resolution of claims for maximum reimbursement.Coordinate with team members to meet client-specific AR goals and timelines.Communicate effectively via calls and emails with insurance representatives.Requirements:Proven experience in US Medical Billing AR (PIP, Workers’ Comp, No-Fault).Strong knowledge of EOBs, denials, and claim resolution processes.Excellent English communication (verbal and written).Familiarity with medical billing software (e.g., Kareo, AdvancedMD, CollaborateMD, etc.).Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.Night shift availability (US hours).Education:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred.Compensation:Competitive salary (based on experience)Performance-based incentives
