Aramark is currently recruiting for a Project Manager to join our team in AIB. Reporting directly to the Account Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for planning and monitoring a multiple project across the AIB Estate in ROI. Our Project Manager acts as a bridge between client and our teams, and ensure the project goes according to plan. If there are any issues, it is up to you to solve them or bring them to the attention of the contract leadership team. This is a full-time fixed term contract.
Job ResponsibilitiesEnsure that all projects adhere and are managed to commercial agreements of the contract(s). That all projects comply with statutory regulations, are QHSE industry standards. Provide leadership in identifying and specifying project opportunities. Deliver contractual commitments on secured projects. Deliver supportive business communication through advice, review, leadership and directcontribution to management team meetings, briefings, consultation forums correspondence, publicity, monthly and ad‐hoc reporting and other applications as appropriate. Promote and maintain the core values of Aramark and the client.
Work with operational managers to ensure the collaborative development of the projectsbusiness with effective team working and support of colleagues. Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan. Identifying and managing any risks to the project. Track project costs in order to meet budgets, providing regular updates on same. Provide project updates on a consistent basis to account director. Concluding the project successfully; includes an evaluation of the project as a whole to help you identify potential challenges for future projects. Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution.
Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement. Accurately sets and leads client objectives/priorities and customer needs to drive sales growth and raise client retention including Client Business ReviewServes as a customer advocateDrives a culture of Safety through the implementation of all safety, quality and service excellence standardsRetains talent by promoting inclusion and leveraging differencesFully improves contract terms to deliver Growth and Margin targetsRequirementsBusiness standard of written and verbal literacy as well as above average numeracy skills. Business Administration, or other related field, plus a minimum of 1-3 years proven experience.
