Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESExecute with excellence day-to-day activities and procedures related to Hiring Operations (Staff and Complementary Workforce Hirings, General Processes, etc). End-to-end ownership of the cases under administration. Follow-up with different stakeholders to complete tasks in the system. Have a clear understanding of all the policies and procedures under administration. Ensure all key performance indicators are met or exceeded. Understand and correctly utilize resources provided by internal systems, departments, policies, and procedures. Timely communication of any issues arising from dealing with our clients or processes and understand when and how escalation procedures start.

Anticipate opportunities for improvements in processes to comply with establish policies. Immediately adopt and implement programs that enhance our client experience. Effectively partner and build productive working relationships with peers, leadership, and other departments. Actively contribute and maintain a team culture that promotes a growth mindset. KEY COMPETENCIESExperience: 2 years of experience working in a HR Operations environment. Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceTechnical/Operating: 2 years working with HR / Case Management Systems. (SAP, Service Now, Workday, Success Factors, etc. ) / Excel – Intermediate LevelLanguage: English advanced.
