Procurement & Vendor Manager Join a fast-paced and dynamic global organisation during an exciting period of transformation and growth. With a major presence in Dublin and offices in London, this is a unique opportunity for an experienced Procurement & Vendor Manager to take ownership of the end-to-end procurement and vendor management function, driving best practice and delivering measurable value across the business. As Procurement & Vendor Manager, you will play a critical role in optimising procurement processes, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring compliance while delivering cost savings and operational efficiency.
You will collaborate closely with IT, Finance, Legal, Compliance and business stakeholders to embed streamlined and effective procurement and vendor management practices. This position requires a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organised and has the ability to influence at all levels. You will have a strong track record in IT and non-IT procurement and vendor management in a regulated, multinational environment. Experience: 8+ years’ experience in procurement and vendor management in a highly regulated multinational environment. Strong expertise in IT procurement and vendor management (hardware, software, services).
Proven ability to run RFI, RFQ, RFP processes and vendor selection governance. Exceptional negotiation skills, with a track record of securing cost savings and favourable contract terms. Deep knowledge of vendor risk management, SLAs/KPIs and contract lifecycle management. Strong stakeholder management and the ability to build excellent cross-functional relationships. Experience with procurement policies, compliance frameworks (SOX or ISO27001), and governance reporting. Excellent organisational and communication skills with the ability to influence change in a dynamic environment. Salary: €120,000 + Bonus and strong Benefits package.
