Contract ServiceNow CMDB Consultants (Service Mapping & Discovery) - €680pd B2B**Location:** Hybrid (Approx. 50% on-site in Brussels negotiable) / Full-Time**Mission:** Are you a ServiceNow CMDB specialist who thrives on building a powerful and accurate IT ecosystem? We are seeking two senior consultants to play a critical role in maturing the ServiceNow platform for a leading financial institution. Whether your expertise lies in architecting service models or automating discovery, your work will be the foundation for operational excellence.We have two distinct, high-impact openings for experts who are passionate about the CMDB:1. **The Architect: Senior Consultant - Service Mapping & CSDM**2. **The Detective: Senior Consultant - Discovery & Data Patterns**Depending on your profile and expertise, you will lead initiatives in one of these two domains:**Service Mapping Expert:*** Design and implement technical service models in ServiceNow using CSDM best practices.* Collaborate with IT teams to analyze their CIs and processes, automating key attributes like "Managed by group."* Create and optimize both manual and Tag-Based Service Maps to visualize service dependencies.* Review and correct existing service models to ensure alignment with CSDM and industry standards.**Discovery Expert:*** Lead the implementation, configuration, and execution of ServiceNow Discovery.* Develop, adapt, and customize discovery patterns to accurately identify CIs across a complex landscape.* Manage the CMDB data model to ensure seamless reconciliation of discovered data.* Utilize advanced authentication methods (JEA, gMSA, NMAP) for comprehensive discovery coverage.**Both roles will also contribute through:*** Developing new functionalities and integrations.* Providing user support and conducting training/demos.* Supporting the expansion of the ServiceNow platform.* **For Service Mapping:*** **3+ years** of hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB/CSDM and **Dynamic CI Groups**.* Proven track record in creating **Manual and Tag-Based Service Maps**.* Strong background in **Functional Analysis** (**5+ years**).* **For Discovery:*** **3+ years** of hands-on experience implementing and running **ServiceNow Discovery**.* Expertise in adapting and customizing **discovery patterns**.* Experience with **CMDB 360 (multi-source CMDB)** and advanced authentication (**JEA, gMSA**).**Shared Technical Knowledge & Experience for Both Roles:*** ServiceNow Global Platform usage.* ServiceNow Scripting.* A solution-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills.**Languages:*** Active knowledge of French or Dutch, with a passive understanding of the other.* Active knowledge of English for technical documentation.Interested ?Please send Cv to max@wdsglobal.co**#ServiceNow #CMDB #CSDM #ServiceMapping #Discovery #ITOM #ITSM #Hiring #TechJobs #BrusselsJobs #Consultant #ServiceNowPlatform**
