Architect BD

The ideal candidate will be a qualified architect who is able to construct clear diagrams using AutoCAD. This candidate should have an in-depth knowledge of all steps related to project completion and diligently communicate with necessary people to ensure timely execution. This candidate should also be able to conduct quality assurance checks on a frequent basis in order to ensure regulations are being followed.  ResponsibilitiesCreate plans and drawings which clearly outline architectural design of project • Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and corporate clients. • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads for residential and commercial interior projects. • Present Bentchair’s design capabilities, furniture line, and customized solutions to potential clients. • Coordinate with the design and execution teams to ensure client satisfaction and project alignment. • Participate in client meetings, design discussions, and presentations. • Meet sales and revenue targets through effective client engagement and project closures. • Represent Bentchair at exhibitions, trade events, and networking platformsQualificationsBachelor's degree in architecture3+ years of experience in construction and architectureStrong organizational, creative and presentation skillsProficient in AutoCAD and Revit
