Architect

-Based on the latest achievements in domestic and international urban planning, architectural science, and practice, using automated design tools, develops urban planning solutions and the architectural and construction portion of projects;-Develops standard solutions; Participates in the preparation of technical specifications for the development of urban planning and architectural solutions;-Coordinates adopted decisions with the design developments of other sections (parts) of the project;-Ensures compliance of developed urban planning and architectural solutions with current regulations, environmental protection requirements, and ecological standards;-Participates in the analysis and generalization of experience in the development and implementation of architectural and urban planning solutions in construction;-Prepares reviews of rationalization proposals and inventions, draft regulatory materials for design and construction related to architectural solutions; Participates in seminars and conferences;-Participates in project management, including timelines and project planning;-Participates in the management of architectural design contractors;-Participates in the development of innovative solutions in construction and architecture;-Participates in the development of the company's product;-Conducts project reviews in architecture and urban development;-Analyzes the effectiveness of design solutions;-Generates reports and presentations based on design materials
