🏢 On behalf of a leading construction company with long-standing activity in Albania, Dimension HR is recruiting candidates for the position of Architect 📍 Location: Tirana – Palasë📋 Position Summary:The role of the Architect involves overseeing and coordinating the entire project development process, in collaboration with developers and other construction entities. The Architect ensures that the implementation of works complies with the co-investment contract, the architectural design, technical conditions of design and execution, as well as the final purpose and function of the building.Additionally, the Architect monitors the progress of construction activities according to the approved schedule, evaluates their compliance with project standards, and maintains ongoing communication with all parties to ensure a well-coordinated process and a high-quality final result.✅ Main Duties and Responsibilities:Follow up on the process of delivering the construction site to the developer;Have detailed knowledge of the construction contract and all related administrative acts, including any possible amendments over time;Ensure that works are executed in compliance with the approved project in the Building Permit and within the contractual deadlines;Verify that the materials used on site comply with the approved project;Request testing of construction materials when necessary, in order to verify quality and compliance with project specifications;In case of identified deviations, immediately inform the Technical Supervision Unit Manager and prepare a report describing the non-conformities;Monitor the execution of the detailed construction schedule and report regularly to the Technical Supervision Unit Manager;Assist in the development and evaluation of projects to determine feasibility and overall value;Provide technical consultancy for specific project management aspects beyond the Project Manager’s expertise;Prepare and submit periodic reports to the Technical Supervision Unit Manager.🎓Education: Master’s Degree in Architecture✅ Other Qualifications:Minimum 15 years of experience in construction implementation;Experience in construction supervision is an advantage;Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills;Critical eye for design details from both functional and aesthetic perspectives;Ability to coordinate work within multiple project teams;Excellent communication and teamwork skills;Strong managerial, coordination, and organizational abilities;Excellent command of English (other foreign languages are an advantage);In-depth knowledge of construction legislation;Proficient in computer programs such as MS Office, AutoCAD, Microsoft Project — knowledge of Revit is a plus.✅ Benefits:Continuous training opportunitiesPerformance-based bonusHybrid work model – Tirana / PalasëAccommodation and transportation providedMeal allowance📩Application Method:We welcome your application (CV) at rekrutime@dimensionhr.al with the subject line “Architect.”Based on your application, please note that only candidates meeting the profile criteria will be contacted for an interview by Dimension’s recruitment team.🤝 WE LOOK FORWARD TO HEARING FROM YOU!🔒All applications will be treated with full confidentiality by Dimension in accordance with Law No. 9887 “On the Protection of Personal Data” and will be used solely for recruitment purposes.
