Job Title: Architect Location: Victoria Island, Lagos Salary: ₦200,000 Net Monthly + ₦40,000 Transport Support + Performance IncentivesJob Summary: We are urgently seeking talented and creative Architects to join our team in Victoria Island, Lagos. The ideal candidates will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and visualizing architectural projects, collaborating with internal teams, and delivering exceptional design solutions that align with client needs and company standards.Key Responsibilities:Develop innovative architectural concepts, designs, and visual presentations.Create 3D renderings, mood boards, and design documentation for projects.Collaborate with project teams and external consultants to execute design briefs.Research materials, trends, and technologies to enhance design outcomes.Participate in client meetings and present design concepts effectively.Requirements:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field.2–4 years of professional design experience.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and rendering tools (e.g., Lumion, V-Ray, Enscape).Strong creativity, attention to detail, and visual communication skills.
