This role ensures that all construction and renovation projects for school facilities are carried out efficiently, accurately, and in accordance with technical standards.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Architecture.Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office.Strong understanding of spatial design, construction methods, and material specifications.Ability to produce technical drawings and estimate project costs accurately.RequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience in architecture (design, drawings, supervision, and civil works).Excellent teamwork, communication, and coordination skills.Highly organized, proactive, and committed to completing tasks on schedule with attention to detail.Willing to work on-site to monitor project progress and ensure quality results.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign layouts, spaces, and utilities for school buildings and learning facilities.Prepare and update technical drawings for construction, renovation, and improvement of school facilities.Create Cost Estimates (RAB/BOQ) and detailed material specifications.Supervise construction to ensure design, quality, and schedule compliance.Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal technical teams.Maintain project documentation and reports systematically.
