The Architect will be responsible for designing and managing residential building projects, creating architectural plans, and ensuring the integration of design elements with project goals. The role involves collaborating with clients and other stakeholders, overseeing project execution, and adhering to timelines and budgets. The Architect will also provide innovative and functional solutions tailored to site-specific needs. Qualifications Proficiency in Architectural Design, and developing innovative design solutionsExperience in Project Management, including the ability to plan, coordinate, and oversee residential projectsKnowledge of Integration and collaboration across design disciplinesFamiliarity with Software Development tools or architectural software to enhance design efficiencyStrong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and stakeholdersAbility to work on-site in Sydney and adapt to dynamic project requirementsRelevant qualifications in Architecture or Building DesignPrevious experience in residential projects is an advantage
