Company DescriptionIDS is a growing young dynamic company focused in Hospitality and Residential Architecture and Interior Design services.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Architect, Interior Designer located in Cancún, ROO. The role involves creating and implementing architectural and interior design concepts. Daily tasks include planning and designing spaces, creating and reviewing construction drawings, selecting and specifying finishes, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E), and collaborating with other team members to bring projects to completion. The professional will manage multiple projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and project timelines.QualificationsProficiency in Space Planning, Architecture, and Construction DrawingsExperience in Interior Design and FF&E selectionStrong project management and organizational skillsProficiency with design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar toolsStrong visualization skills and attention to detailAbility to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients, contractors, and team membersDegree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related fieldPrior experience in corporate interior design is a plus
