Job Title: Architect Location: Abu Dhabi, UAEYears of Experience: 9+ years of experienceIndustry: Architecture / Engineering ConsultancyJob Type: Full-time Eligibility:Candidates with prior experience in Engineering Consultancy within the UAE are preferred.Proficiency in Revit is mandatory.Must have proven experience working on commercial projects, high-rise buildings, towers, or hotels within the UAE.Responsibilities:Develop conceptual architectural designs into detailed construction drawings and specifications.Collaborate with design director, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with project requirements and goals.Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.Review and assess the feasibility of design concepts in terms of construction methods, materials, and technical specifications.Support the implementation and compliance with project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and standards in the UAE.Stay updated on any changes in the regulatory environment and incorporate them into the design process.Collaborate with internal teams, including architects, engineers, and drafters, to integrate architectural designs with other disciplines.Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including design changes, communications, and technical specifications.Prepare and present detailed design documentation for client review.Communicate regularly with the clients to understand their needs, present design proposals, and address any concerns or modifications throughout the project lifecycle.Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master’s degree in architecture.Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD and other relevant design software.Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and construction practices in the UAE.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work for multiple projects and handle the pressure.  Interested candidates may submit their resume and portfolio to m.rashmi@jamescubitt.com.
