We have offices in New York City, Barcelona and Medellin.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Architect located in our Medellin office (this is not a remote job). The Architect will be responsible for designing and developing architectural projects from concept to completion. Day-to-day tasks include creating detailed architectural designs, collaborating with software developers for system integration, managing and coordinating project workflows, and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations. The Architect will also be actively involved in project management to ensure timelines and budgets are met. In addition, the architect will be trained to write real estate appraisal reports.This position is 100% in English so you must be fluent in English to apply. QualificationsArchitecture and Architectural Design skillsSoftware Development and Integration experienceProject Management skillsExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesProficiency in relevant architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUpBachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related fieldPrior experience in real estate development is a plusProfessional architectural license is preferred
