Licensed architect or actively pursuing licensure. Proficiency in Revit and architectural design processes (CAD experience also a plus). Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Residency in or near a Novus office is required. Local to Winston-Salem is preferred.Self-motivated, collaborative, and eager to grow.Your Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesProvide architectural consultation in planning, design, and coordination of complex projects. Independently apply advanced architectural concepts and design strategies. Execute drawing production and design documentation under the direction of a Project Manager.Develop creative design concepts and presentation materials.Review and analyze planning studies, reports, and consultant deliverables.Mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative studio culture (Level II).Identify and resolve technical questions to maintain project momentum.
