You'll analyze their organizational, technical, and behavioral capacities - including their process orientation and architectural capabilities.To do this, you’ll conduct interviews, run workshops, and engage with stakeholders across the business and IT. Your insights will drive strategic and tactical recommendations that you present to directors and board members, helping them steer meaningful change.This position can be fulfilled at both an Associate and a Principal level.
