The Logistics Innovation Architect will be responsible for identifying high-impact opportunities, engaging with logistics managers and executives, and helping them understand how Shipflow’s AI solutions can transform their operations. The role involves close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to execute projects effectively.ResponsibilitiesBuild and nurture relationships with potential customers, guiding them through the early stages of the sales process.Identify internal automation opportunities within logistics organizations and show how Shipflow’s AI solutions can address them.Research target logistics companies, analyze their operational workflows, and prepare executive summaries to support business development discussions with the founders.Qualifications10+ years of experience in the logistics, freight forwarding, or transportation industry.Strong understanding of logistics workflows (e.g., booking, documentation, shipment tracking, exception handling).Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with executives and operations teams.Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a fast-moving startup environment.Experience in sales, business development, or process automation is a plus.What we offerCompetitive base and bonus.Remote flexibility—work from anywhere as long as you’re driving results.Work directly with executives—you’ll have a front-row seat to decision-making and strategy.Opportunities for advancement as you grow with the companyAccess to cutting-edge AI tech that’s transforming industries.
