Specialize in Interior projects (Residential, Commercial).Conducting site analyses and creating space plansSelecting materials, finishes, and furnitureCoordinating with contractors and other stakeholdersDeveloping interior design concepts and schemesCollaborating with architects, engineers, and other professionals on building projectsManaging budgets and timelines for interior design projects.Designing buildings and structures, considering factors like aesthetics, functionality, and sustainabilityCreating detailed plans and blueprints for constructionConducting site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that ariseEnsuring compliance with building codes, regulations, and zoning lawsOverseeing budgeting and cost management to deliver projects on time and within budget.Educational RequirementsBachelor of Science (BSc) in ArchitectureDiploma in ArchitectureBSc / MSc or Diploma in architecture/ civil engineering/Interior Design from a reputed public or private universityExperience Requirements3 to 5 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Architecture Firm,Interior DesignAdditional RequirementsFor Architect, minimum 3 years and for Sr. Architect minimum 5 years of experienceShould have working experience in any Interior design companyProactive, can-do attitudeWell-groomed and presentableCreative and keen-eyedExcellent leadership and communication skills.Brilliant interpersonal and networking skills.Detail-oriented and highly analytical.In-depth understanding of CAD and AutoCAD software.Deadline-driven and dedicated to excellence.Job LocationDhaka (GULSHAN 2)
