Architect

Duties and Responsibilities:1. Performs general architectural works including architectural design, site visits and inspections and prepares related reports.2. Conduct and Reviews CAD drawings, renderings, layouts, study models, construction documents, and color boards prepared by Architectural Designers. Makes new proposals and/or modify existing drawings when necessary. Ensures compliance with applicable codes and standards as well as client requirements.3. Outlining project objectives, budget, and timelines4. Communicating with clients and advising them on various building projects5. Produce and study detailed drawings, specifications, BOQ, As-built drawings and tender documents.6. Direct supervision of all subcontractors and suppliers7. Raise requisition for timely supply of materials & labor etc. to keep the progress in line with target program.8. Take full leadership over the construction site by following up from tender point throughout submission of drawings for authorities approval, contracting, execution up till delivery and after delivery activities9. Conduct site supervisions and follow up to assure the proper installation of work as per design and specifications10. Writes construction specifications and prepares detailed requisitions for equipment and materials when needed.11. Coordinates work with engineering, factories and construction units at project site.12. Reviews, approves, and issues detailed design and construction drawings and specifications prepared by others.13. Provides technical guidance to the team14. Conduct project time line and schedule of work15. Ensure site work is based on approved shop drawings and materials16. Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.2D and 3D knowledge such as 3D max , corona , Revit , lumion etc..
