Architectural Coordination Manager

We are seeking candidates to take on a role at Çalık Gayrimenkul, a real estate investment & development company with a diversified asset and development portfolio of hotels, offices, retail, logistic facilities, real estate investment fund (GYF), residential, mixed -use and a sizeable land bank under the umbrella of Çalık Group;General QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field (Master’s degree preferred),12–20 years of experience in architectural design and coordination for major hotel, residential, commercial and mixed- use projects,Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and similar software,Strong presentation, interpersonal and team management skills,Advanced verbal and written English skills,No travel restrictions. Job DescriptionAs part of our existing high-value real estate assets and potential development projects in Türkiye and abroad;Coordinate, lead and oversee all phases of architectural design work ongoing projectsCoordinate, lead and oversee all phases of structural, mechanical and electrical design and external consultancy services for ongoing projects,Lead design processes in alignment with structural, mechanical, and electrical disciplines,Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards,Manage BIM workflows and utilize digital coordination tools efficiently.
