Design Manager - Architecture Experience: 5 -10 YearsProject Type: High-Rise Residential, Commercial, Mixed-Use DevelopmentsSoftware Expertise: Revit (BIM) | AutoCADWe are seeking a technically strong and BIM-focused Design Manager - Architecture with 5-10 years of experience in delivering High-Rise Residential and Commercial projects.The ideal candidate must have advanced proficiency in Revit along with strong AutoCAD capabilities, and proven experience managing design development from concept through construction documentation.This role requires leadership ability, strong coordination skills, and hands-on technical expertise in large-scale multi-storey developments.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Project LeadershipLead architectural design for High-Rise Residential and Commercial projects.Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, client requirements, and project timelines.Maintain design quality, functionality, and technical accuracy.BIM & Technical Delivery (Core Requirement)Lead and manage project delivery using Revit (BIM platform).Develop, review, and coordinate detailed BIM models.Ensure seamless coordination with consultants.Oversee clash detection, model reviews, and drawing extraction.Establish and maintain BIM standards and documentation workflows.AutoCAD & Documentation ControlPrepare and review architectural drawings (plans, sections, elevations, detailed drawings).Ensure documentation is accurate, coordinated, and construction-ready.Monitor drawing quality and compliance with building codes.Coordination & Construction SupportConduct coordination meetings with consultants and contractors.Respond to RFIs and manage design revisions.Resolve technical and site-related design issues.Support smooth execution during construction phase.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent.5-10 years of relevant professional experience.Proven experience in High-Rise Residential and Commercial developments.Advanced proficiency in Revit.Strong command of AutoCAD.Good knowledge of local building regulations and construction standards.Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple deliverables in deadline-driven environments.Application RequirementInterested candidates must share:Updated CVPortfolio
