The individual in this role will be responsible for developing architectural designs, creating detailed construction drawings, and collaborating with project teams to execute design plans. The Architecture Designer will contribute to urban planning efforts, ensure adherence to project timelines, and maintain compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Strong communication and coordination with clients, consultants, and contractors is also expected. Qualifications Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design conceptsExperience with Construction Drawings and technical drawing skillsKnowledge and expertise in Urban Planning practicesStrong attention to detail and ability to collaborate on complex projectsProficiency in industry-standard design and drafting software tools like AutoCAD, Revit, or similar programsUnderstanding of local building codes and regulationsBachelor's degree in Architecture or a related fieldProfessional licensure or certification (preferred but not required)
