This is more than a job — it’s an opportunity to be a key contributor to our dynamic team and help shape the future of global data infrastructure.If you're passionate about innovation, technology, and growth, we invite you to be part of DayOne’s next chapter.ResponsibilitiesGeneral Manages Architectural related deliverables in the project (from shop dwg and submittals review, construction, FOK / Mock up, Commissioning (Cx), to handover), ensuring that the architectural works meet the clients’ specifications and project milestones.Provides technical advice and solutions to Architectural and interior fit out challenges, contributing to innovate designs and solutions that are compliant with local Thai codes, users requirements, with special attention to waterproofing, wall plastering, floor finishing and door and ironmongery installation works.Work with contractor to set up and implement QAQC system and ACC system for architectural works, including the 3 weeks rolling planning of the upcoming architecture works’s submittals – shop dwgs, materials approval, MOS approval, FOK/Mock up approval, architectural inspection gateway and checklist (reference to SG CONQUAS).Work with EHS team to ensure safety in the site architectural works.Monitors site progress, identify and resolve site issues, and provide regular status updates to key stakeholdersCollaborate with the design and engineering teams to ensure projects meet technical specifications and compliance requirementsLiaises with clients, regulatory authorities, and other external stakeholders to address concerns and maintain strong relationshipsPrepares weekly reports on project progress, delays, and defects, as well as technical reports and analyses. Coordinates and manages cross-functional teams internally and externally, including designers and engineers, technicians, and subcontractors, to ensure seamless project execution and site logistics / works area sequencing and coordination.Design and PlanningReview and provide technical inputs to the Architectural design plans, specifications, and drawings.Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate architectural requirements into overall building designs.Ensure designs comply with applicable codes, standards, and regulations.Installation and Construction OversightManage the installation and construction of architectural systems on-site, ensuring adherence to design specifications and safety standards.Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, resolve issues, and verify quality of installations.Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to coordinate works area sequence, schedules and resolve conflicts.Mock-up and Site InspectionReview mock-ups and inspections of architectural works to ensure proper functionality and performance and constructability/maintainability.Coordinate with contractors and stakeholders for QAQC and defects clearance before handover.Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues that arise during construction and handover phases.AuthoritiesWork with design consultant to ensuring compliance with relevant industry codes, standards and regulations.Work with design team on the permitting submission and work with contractor and lead the authority site inspection and permit approval process.Documentation and ReportingMaintain accurate records of project activities, including design changes, approvals, and project progress via ACCPrepare reports, presentations, and documentation for project stakeholders and regulatory agencies.Ensure all documentation complies with project requirements and industry standards.QualificationsBachelor degree or Master in architectural or related/equivalanet field experience.8 to 15 years of experience in site management, preferably in the greenfield Data Center (DC) of 2-story and above.Proven experience as an architectural manager/supervisor/inspector in construction projects, with expertise in façade, sandwich panel, architectural openings, fire doors and roller shutters, fire safety, fire lifts, waterproofing, interior finishes (walls, floors, ceilings), interior fit out, etc.Proven track record of successfully supervising/managing and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.Knowledge of DC sequence of work, QA/QC, and EHS is preferred.Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and familiarity with building information modeling (BIM) tools. Strong site management skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks, coordinate site works area sequencing and deadlines effectively.Should have good understanding of DC project delivery cycle.Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, powerpoint, excel, power BIetc.) would be an advantage.Proven experience in RFP and tender management, change management, commercial awareness, site preliminaries arrangement, and contract negotiation would be an advantage.Familiarity with construction industry standards and regulations.SkillsAbility to speak, read and write English and Thai/Chinese.Hands on with Attention to detail and accuracy.Self-initiate, able to work effectively in team environment.Strong organizational and time management skills in fast paced environment.Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills with project result oriented.Excellent technical and analytical skills, able to identify issues and clashes early.Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques Understand international customers’ standards and requirementsAdditional ConsiderationsPositive working attitudeWillingness to learnWillingness to travel and station at construction site (Chonburi area) and work occasional overtime as required.Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing project requirementsCommitment to maintain high standards of integrity, quality, EHS and professionalismDayOne is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
