Clark Office-basedDay ShiftMedical and Dental InsuranceAbout the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced BOQ Take-Off Specialist to join our team. This position is dedicated to supporting high-rise residential apartments, high-rise commercial developments, and large-scale industrial projects (such as warehouses with integrated office spaces).The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately identifying, categorising, and quantifying architectural products from project documentation. This role requires a strong understanding of architectural detailing, materials, and specifications, as well as the ability to deliver precise Bill of Quantities (BOQ) outputs that align with project requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesInterpret and analyse architectural drawings, specifications, and schedules for BOQ preparation. Perform accurate BOQ take-offs for a wide range of architectural products including, but not limited to:Sanitary ware (fixtures, fittings, and accessories)Bollards and safety barriersSteel reinforcement and structural architectural inclusionsVerify take-off quantities against project documentation and track drawing revisions. Organise and maintain systematic take-off records for easy reference and quality assurance. Review drawings to identify, categorise, and measure various architectural components, including sanitary ware, safety and site furnishings, fencing, architectural detailing, flooring finishes, and reinforcement steel. Collaborate with project managers, estimators, and the internal team to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with project requirements. Provide clear documentation and categorisation of all identified products for downstream procurement and cost planning. Qualifications & ExperienceMinimum 3 years' proven experience in BOQ preparation or architectural take-offs for large-scale projects. Strong ability to interpret and quantify from architectural documentation (plans, elevations, sections, schedules). Familiarity with a wide range of architectural materials and products across residential, commercial, and industrial applications. High attention to detail with proven accuracy in quantification. Proficiency in take-off software and digital measurement tools (e.g., Bluebeam, CostX, PlanSwift) is highly advantageous. Degree or certification in Architecture, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field (preferred but not essential). Ideal Candidate TraitsProactive, organised, and detail-focused.
