You will have the opportunity to work on residential, commercial, mixed used developments and public works contracts.Your new role You will be joining an experienced team of Architectural Technologists and Architects, where you will gain the opportunity to be involved with a high volume and range of large scale projects across Ireland. Within the team, you will gain the opportunity to work closely with the Directors, and both, Senior and Junior Architectural professionals, providing a strong support system and team environment, ensuring each project's success. This role will also provide you with an excellent opportunity to progress and develop in your career. Your responsibilities includePreparing and submitting statutory applications, tender packages including architectural drawings, schedules, specifications, and technical documentation, ensuring compliance with Irish building regulations and standards.Coordinating layouts, tender and construction documentation for both medium and large-scale projects as part of a multidisciplinary team.Ensure all design work conforms to standards and is buildable.Support project management activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality assurance, to help deliver projects on time and within scope. Contribute to cost management by considering budget implications in design and technical decisions.Identify opportunities to optimise project profitability while maintaining quality.Conduct site visits and surveys, assessing existing conditions and monitoring construction progress to ensure design intent and regulatory compliance are maintained. What you'll need to succeed You will have a third level degree in Architectural Technology, 5+ years experience within a practice environment. Previous experience working on UK & Ireland projects. Proficient in CAD and Revit. Experience working on public works projects is highly desired. Extensive experience in developing detailed designs and technical documentation. Strong understanding of BIM processes and tools. You will be required to attend site visits and therefore must hold a driving licence.
