Architecture resident supervision engineer

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Architecture Resident Supervision Engineer located in Cairo, Egypt. The role requires overseeing construction projects to ensure compliance with architectural standards and project specifications. The responsibilities include managing on-site project execution, coordinating with the construction team, and resolving technical issues. The candidate will also be expected to maintain quality control, collaborate with team members, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Qualifications Strong knowledge and expertise in Architecture, Civil Engineering, and Construction.Proficiency in Project Management principles, including planning, execution, and monitoring.Excellent Teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and an ability to adapt to project requirements.Professional knowledge of local building codes and safety standards (specific to Cairo, Egypt).Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.Previous experience in supervision of architecture or construction projects is preferred.
