If so, let's start the conversation.Job Summary: Iron Mountain is seeking a dynamic Archiving Supervisor to join our Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and optimizing the daily operations of archive and record management services. This includes ensuring the secure, accurate, and efficient processing, storage, and retrieval of client information assets. You will also be responsible for mentoring a team of archiving specialists to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs). The summary is kept concise for clarity.What You'll Do (Responsibilities)In this role, you will:Lead the daily workflow and scheduling for the physical and digital archiving team, ensuring all service level agreements (SLAs) and productivity targets are met.Collaborate with Inventory Control, Logistics, and Client Services teams to coordinate seamless intake, retrieval, and delivery of client records.Ensure strict adherence to all Iron Mountain security protocols, operational policies, and local regulatory requirements concerning records management and data privacy.Develop and manage operational reports to provide actionable insights into service quality, capacity utilization, and team performance for continuous improvement.What You'll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)The ideal candidate will have:3+ years of progressive experience in records management, or an operations supervisory role.Strong knowledge of physical and/or digital record-keeping best practices and inventory management systems.Proven ability in leading, motivating, and developing a high-performing operations team.A relevant degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.What We Offer (Benefits)Competitive compensation and benefits aligned with the experience.Comprehensive health, wellness, plans.Opportunities for continuous learning and professional growth
