We’re not just about serving people - we’re about creating a marketplace to bring people what they need while infusing social values.Responsibilities:Organize, classify, and index the company’s documents and archivesEnsure the conservation and protection of both physical and digital documentsImplement electronic document management systems (EDMS)Facilitate access to archives for authorized individuals and respond to internal requestsEnsure compliance with legal regulations and archive retention rulesProfile:Degree in archival science or information management (minimum Bac +2)Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage both physical and digital documentsAutonomy and service-oriented, with the ability to work as part of a teamKnowledge of regulations related to archive management is a plusWe may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
