A reputable government department is looking for a passionate Accounts Payable Officer to join their Wellington office until June 2026!The RoleIn this role you’d be joining a tight knit team where you'll be supporting the Accounts Payable function, specifically the accurate and timely processing of Supplier Invoices. Tasks in this role will include: Manual uploading of invoices as needed Managing a shared inboxReconcile supplier statements to ensure all invoices have been processed in a timely manner Work collaboratively with the AP team and support the continuous improvement of their integrated systemOther ad-hoc duties as required. About You:
SkillsTo be suitable for this role you will be eager to learn, have experience working in the P2P environment and have a can-do attitude. Beyond this, you will ideally possess some of the below skills/experience: Top tier FMIS experience (SAP or Tech One would be advantageous, although not required). Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong ability to problem solve and meet the required deadlines.
