Job Description

$80,000-90,000 per annum (base salary +benefits)Wellington CBD location, work from home flexibility18 month fixed-term role, public sector clientA stand-out opportunity for an experienced public sector project coordinator, to hit the ground running in the successful delivery of a multi-systems implementation project. We are looking for senior-level, dynamic project professionals, with a passion for relationship management and exceptional delivery experience. Duties IncludeLead the project coordination work for six busy project work streams, including governance focussed duties Stakeholder engagement and communication: central point of contact for programme communications, coordination of stakeholder engagement meetings and management of external communication.

Financial and resource management: Maintenance of programme budget, expenditure and transactions. Assist with procurement processes and cost-effective resource allocation. Technology and operational support: Support data management and efficient use of technology for programme operations. Risk and issue management: Maintain updated records of programme risks, dependencies and any corrective actions. This is a true, project coordination position and we are looking for a project coordinator who will lead in their approach to work and become a go-to person for others in the project.

We Are Looking For5+ years previous experience in a project coordination-based role, ideally in the public sector or delivering projects for the public sectorExperience working in largescale HRIS, payroll or IT system rollouts is preferredExperience in budgeting, senior level administration and document preparationTech-savvy, proficient in the MS Suite, collaboration and project softwareOutstanding communication skillset, time-management and organizational abilitiesIf you are interested and have what it takes – get in touch, apply via the link below.
