We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR professional with proven experience in using CMiC (Construction Management Software) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in HR operations, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. UAE experience is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities: Manage and update employee records and HR data in the CMiC systemCoordinate onboarding, offboarding, and employee life cycle activitiesMaintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with company policiesSupport payroll and attendance processes using CMiCAssist in recruitment efforts:
screening, shortlisting, and interview coordinationTrack employee benefits, leave records, and contract renewalsPrepare HR reports and analytics through CMiCAct as a point of contact for employee queries regarding HR systems and processesEnsure compliance with UAE labour laws and internal HR proceduresLiaise with PROs for visa and documentation processes when neededRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldMinimum 2–4 years of HR experience with mandatory hands-on knowledge of CMiCUAE experience is preferredStrong understanding of HR operations, employee lifecycle, and labour laws in the UAEExcellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skillsAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretionProficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
